I brought my Jeep to MusicCity4x4 (Music City 4x4) in Hendersonville, Tennessee for a lift kit installation and routine 4x4 shop work. Despite being located in Hendersonville, they service Nashville and all of Davidson County. As a Nashville area 4x4 enthusiast, I expected professional service from what claimed to be a reputable 4x4 shop. What I got was the worst lift installation experience imaginable.
When you take your vehicle to a professional 4x4 shop, you expect competent work and honest service. MusicCity4x4 delivered neither. They damaged my vehicle through their negligence, then had the audacity to charge me for repairs to fix their own mistakes. With my Jeep immobilized on their rack and wheels removed, I had no choice but to pay their ransom to get my vehicle back.
